What aligner cleaning tablets actually do
Brushing alone leaves micro-grooves where bacteria settle deeper. Rinsing doesn't remove biofilm. And by the time you can smell your aligner, it's been growing bacteria for days.
Cleansing tablets fix this with a chemistry trick: active oxygen molecules small enough to penetrate the plastic surface, oxidize stains, and kill bacteria — all without abrasion.
Drop one tablet in a glass of water. Drop your aligner in. Five minutes later — clean, fresh, ready to wear.
Why these tablets
Third-generation formula. Most cleansing tablets are still using single-color or grainy first-gen formulas that dissolve unevenly and clean inconsistently. PEROACT uses a stable, large-grain pink tablet — better dissolution, better cleaning, every time.

How to use
- Fill a clean glass with warm (not hot) water
- Drop in one tablet — it will fizz immediately
- Place your aligner, retainer, or denture in the water
- Wait 5 minutes (or up to 15 for deep cleaning)
- Rinse with cool water before wearing
For best results: use daily after the device has been in your mouth all day. For weekly deep cleaning, combine with the Dentigear Ultrasonic Cleaner — drop the tablet directly into the device chamber for ultrasonic-enhanced cleaning.
