Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally from the USA, China, Europe, and Australia using a tracked service. We ship our products to 100+ countries. If your country is not listed when ordering, please contact us.

What is the cost of delivery?

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders of $50.

What are the taxes and fees at customs?

If you order from EU countries, taxes and fees will be added to the cost of the goods. There is no need to pay anything extra. If you order from Turkey, taxes and fees are already included in the price. For other countries, you may need to pay taxes if necessary.When you order from EU countries, taxes and fees will be added to the cost of the goods. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The day of shipment is indicated when placing your order, and the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. The shipping day on the website will never be different than on the order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary based on location, but your order is expected to reach you within 7 to 12 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for certain locations.

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 days to process and ship your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

What should I do if my item was damaged or faulty when delivered?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us at support@dentigear.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please attach photos of the issue and your parcel with a clear view of the shipping label.
